about me
I'm Ciara, a freelance PRODUCER, creative PRODUCER and PRODUCTION MANAGER (I LIKE TO KEEP IT VARIED!), working in digital and social, with a commercial and branded content focus.
I've produced for major agencies and digital publishers including VICE Media Group, LADbible, Mob, Coolr, Born Social, the digital fairy and pacer, leading the end-to-end production of campaigns for clients such as Samsung, Guinness, British Airways, YSL, adidas, Nike, Clinique, Paypal, The AA and more.
While being a nerd for logistics, my background is creative and I get just as much of a buzz out of ideas, casting, script writing, storyboarding and directing.
Before pursuing production, I was a writer, beginning my career on Glamour magazine’s digital desk, eventually heading up the fashion channel. Over the years my writing has been published in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and Stylist and i've done copywriting for brands such as bumble and badoo.
While I don't write so much these days, my editorial background has given me a unique understanding of what publisher audiences want and how brands should talk to them, which has leant itself nicely to my branded content work.
The photo on the left is from a rare moment in front of the camera for refinery29 x coach. i got to wear designer clothes, get my hair done and eat jerk chicken all in the name of content. 10/10 day at work.
